As a result of member research or internal review, a client may identify an area of the business or membership function that is not delivering the required outputs or results.  

We employ a sound methodological approach to investigate the details of how a process is being performed, the tools and systems being used and the individual methods of the people involved. We aim to highlight problem areas and areas of good practice, identify opportunities for change and make recommendations based on our extensive knowledge of the membership sector.
